I opened a CD account onXXXX at 5.4 % rate for 12 months before the account reached maturity the bank closed my account and notify me with an email on XX/XX/year> I called and asked the bank the reason for closing my account, the bank responded security reasons but they could not tell me why. I transfer from XXXX XXXX to BMO after 10 calls I realized there is no one to help me I gave up with 1 hour on the phone every time. Finally, they sent me a check for the amount of {$49000.00} and deducted {$1200.00} from the original amount of XXXXthey are frauding senior citizens like me for no reason. they can not provide any documents I closed the account or request an early withdrawal. I ask them to send me any proof they have nothing was send to me. thank you XXXX
