Hello. my name is XXXX XXXX, I made the honest mistake of helping XXXX XXXX with an auto loan, that was not satisfied. This person was unable to make the required payments for the loan which resulted in the vehicle being repossessed. I had no knowledge of the situation that was unfolding and the resulting damage to my person. I just today found out. After contacting the CFPB and hearing the possible different directions that we are able to go with the issue she states she is willing to pay for the amount owed, including any fees from the repossession. I simply wish to erase this issue from my own credit history and pass over any issues there may be to her person.
