Hello, I was put on collection to the hospital I have never visited, and never had any services done. I had a visit to the hospital and all services from that day were paid in full- I have attached proof as well as a XXXX balance. Years later I received collection on my credit report for an unpaid bill from the same day. XXXX XXXX supposed date of service. I contacted GLA collections and was told it was for an emergency room visit from a hospital /service I had never used. I asked them to produce a single invoice or a description of services- they could not produce one. I asked for the contact information for the said location- they provide a number that does not work/ exist. I googled the same said company and found they have only 24 reviews total that are 1 star with all stating they were scammed the same way and there is not company nor contact information nor any billing or service evidence. The burden of proof is on the collection company GLA as well as said company XXXX XXXX XXXX proof that they can not produce. Please help me in getting this remove off all of my credit reports.
