I made an over the phone payment of {$300.00} through the third party app Ally uses yesterday on XX/XX/year> before XXXX. The representative informed me the payment would be processed and charged to my account the same business day. I called Ally this morning for collections to advise me it was my bank accounts fault yet I have physical proof there was no transaction made. Collections have provided me nothing but inconsistent information saying itll be the same day, no itll be 1-2 days, and that itll even take up to 10 days to process. I have been dealing with this exact issue of attempting to make payments with Ally posting it to Ally to reflect on my account but theres been no withdrawals even attempted. I have consistently been attempting to make contact and get clarification for two whole weeks to only be blocked from my personal number and have to use my familys phone to get in contact but when I acknowledge this issue Ally says there was no block on my phone. My bank has even pointed out the processes that are happening are suspicious and advised me to be wary of Ally as a business. From the beginning of XXXX Ive had nothing but issues with collections and customer support advising me its nothing they can do and its my bank meanwhile theres no hold and Ive been able to make payments in the last. Ive attempted to make payments totaling {$700.00} at this point for none of the money to come out and my interest rates and fees to only keep collecting.
