On or about XX/XX/XXXX affirm put several account on my report after almost 2 years of disputing they finally removed wrong information except 1. I told them this was identity theft did not have no knowledge of this also on XX/XX/XXXX sent police report. They never responded back to me they choose to ignore my letters. After almost 2 years and contacting an attorney they finally responded on XX/XX/XXXX that they found it in my favor and accounts dont belong to me so they removed them. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to them that one has not been removed again no responds. On XX/XX/XXXX I call spoke to supervisor. He told me he has no information that he will escalate the matter. On XX/XX/XXXX. I get a respond from affirm that. The account XXXX belongs to me. But how? Was that even investigated that quick in 2 days. I have yet not received any contracts any copy of social security card any copy of picture I.D . To open credit with affirm. And before receiving credit with affirm they ask for picture id to be uploaded but yet they cant send me a copy of mine if it is me. Now comes the illegal part. This was charged off on XX/XX/XXXX and to this day they are re-aging the account so the clock starts over every month. That is a very serious offense this needs to be removed from my report if proper documentation cant be provided
