To my surprise, the credit reporting agencies are reporting this account incorrectly. This account is not only being reported as in collections, but also shows a past due balance of XXXX, and while reflecting XXXX ( zero ) late payment. Additionally the utilization percentage is also inaccurate as a 40 % of {$300.00} = {$420.00} not {$420.00} as reported by the past due balance According to the FCRA, I have the right to an accurate credit report.
