A fair solution is to delete the false inaccurate information of Bankruptcy # XXXX Immediately!! FCRA rule # 9037!!!! 15-USC-6802, 15-USC 1681A2B Good Day I XXXX XXXX have contacted Transunion several times !!! I am demanding immediate deletion of this inaccurate information!!! I have demanded they remove this bankruptcy information!! Its either an error or a lie!! I have also contacted Nevada Bankruptcy court which stated verbatim!! They do not provide nor verify bankruptcy information!! Therefore according to FCRA Transunion is in direct violation : 15-USC 1681 , 15-USC 1681 ( section 602 ) A, 15-USC 1681 ( section 604 ) 15-USC 1681-C, I have contacted Nevada Bankruptcy Court who confirmed this is a record of direct violation of Transunion as they do not verify!! This is NOT my bankruptcy, Transunion illegally placed this on my consumer report!! XXXX XXXX also confirmed this is NOT my bankruptcy!! I repeat I am demanding that Transunion immediately delete Bankruptcy # XXXX!! and Bankruptcy # XXXX!! You cant even legally file that close together so its an error or a lie This is not my bankruptcy!!! Nevada Bankruptcy Court also stated they did not verify this to Transunion therefore this information is an error or a lie either way this is inaccurate information and I am demanding that Transunion immediately removes this off of my consumer report!! ASAP!!!! This inaccurate information does not comply with the FCRA and the information must be deleted immediately!! If this inaccurate bankruptcy is not immediately deleted off of my consumer/credit report I will contact my attorney as Transunion is in direct violation of reporting inaccurate information!! Transunion has my police report on file as well as my identity theft report from when my wallet was stolen and my information was compromised!! Police Report Number : XXXX I demand Transunion Credit Bureau delete this false inaccurate information immediately!!! XXXX XXXX Transunion File Number : XXXX Date Of Birth : XX/XX/year> Delete this inaccurate bankruptcy immediately!! Both of these are errors!!! # XXXX # XXXX According to FCRA guidelines this is a direct violation of Transunion and I have the right to a fair credit report!!
