I called commerce bank back in XX/XX/year> to report charges on my card and that I didn't buy any games from XXXX they advised to close that card and and dispute I did and waited to be surprised the my account been charged again so I called them and spoke with XXXX of their Rep!! who didn't know what to do so he asked his boss to speak with me her name was XXXX, she asked me to contact XXXX to get my money back and I did called XXXX regarding that but after my call with her they sent me letter ( commence bank ) stating that I withdrawal my fraud claim which I didn't and they kept taking money from my new card after replacing it because of the fraud I called again requesting the recording and when did I withdrawal my fraud claim. beside that I called XXXX and they said that they refunded more that XXXX dollars still not able to see it in my account!!!!!
