I called Capital One back in aproxmitaley XX/XX/year> trying to set up payment plan on my credit cards on what I owe because I had a hardship last year in moving abruptly and choosing between eating or paying my rent. They stated I couldn't do a payment plan so I just made little payments when I could. Why couldn't they do a payment plan with me if I was ; trying pay them back I had a change in jobs and hardship like XXXX.
