We had contacted our XXXX XXXX in XXXX and XXXX about making a payment in our trial period. The XXXX XXXX agreed to the payment date ( s ) and amounts. We followed up with XXXX XXXX multiple times confirming the payment plan. When we made payment as agreed, PHH denied the payment indicating we had not followed the plan and entered foreclosure process. We had multiple, multiple discussions with PHH asking them to review the tapes of the discussion with the XXXX XXXX and they have refused to provide copies of the discussions an to even review the tape. Upon complaining to a " XXXX XXXX XXXX Manager ( XXXX XXXX ) he said he would follow up and advise. XXXX then called me indicating he had reviewed the tapes and we were correct and he would advise. We also offered a payment plan which would bring the account completely up to date, but we have heard nothing from PHH. They are now ghosting us and not returning calls, etc. We did everything possible to avoid this situation and the original XXXX XXXX agreed to our plan. We are protesting PHH 's actions as thier representative agreed to our plan.
