I cancelled a payment at a XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The pending charge was officially let go back into my account on the first business day of XX/XX/XXXX. The XXXX has shown me proof of the cancelled transaction and proof of money being sent back to the bank on XX/XX/XXXX. When I contacted SoFi they told me there would be a hold on the pending transaction for at least 30 days with no reason at all on why there is a hold form my account except to blame the merchant, being XXXX. XXXX has proven several times that the pending transaction is back in the hands of my bank. At this point SoFi bank is holding {$650.00} with no explanation or reasoning in sight on when I will get it back. It has officially been 17 days of this pending charge not back in out checking account.
