I first got a VS card with the bank comenity and I used it yes I had an outstanding payment of over XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which is Im not sure absurd or Im not remembering how much late fees were but come XXXX I paid in full and I do have proof of this payment all the money I owed, now I go on my credit report only to see I owe XXXXXXXX XXXX in late fees, now mind you once I paid off this card I wasnt able to use it because they had it locked after I made the payment. When an agent called me days ago she said the late payments were for a purchase which was a lie because I have yet to be able to use this card again and it still has its available XXXXXXXX XXXX credit limit. I reached out again to be more non hostile about this only to be told, that now its because they had returned XXXXXXXX XXXX from the last payment I made, so yes I did ask for a supervisor only to be told I can not speak to one of have to call back, now Im not sure what is going on over there but i did inform the agent that if nothing was to be done or a supervisor wasnt called I was going to sue because you do not and I repeat do not!!! Just decide to give back XXXX XXXX on a full payment that was indeed taken because I have the records, and make me pay more money for a card that was locked and has not been used, my father is a lawyer I know. Now Im coming here because this is ridiculous
