I requested at the start of my Loan that my payment be set to the first of each month because I get paid on the XXXX XXXX by XXXX VA XXXX a XXXX. They refuse to do so. Because of that when I fell on hardship in XX/XX/year> and on I wasn't able to pay my Loan on time. I was homeless Vet. As of this date I have paid my Loan on time and has sent more than the regular payment. I ask them to remove the XXXX over XXXX days late payment that they cause me by setting my date to the XXXX of each month which continue to cause me hardship by and stress to pay it. Am not satisfied with their investigation of this complaint they can give me satisfaction by removing the late payment and changing my date. They are doing this because am a XXXX person if I was XXXX they would help them. They don't help XXXX XXXX
