Consumer Narrative

I'm being sued by a debt buyer and I've been doing some research on this closed very old account. This so called debt has been bought by other debt buyers but this current debt buyer is suing me in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in Illinois. As I read the information in the document I see that this lawsuit on a credit card debt has passed the statue of limitations in Illinois which is 5 year 's and the so called amount owed is on a time barred account. The copy of statement in the lawsuit from original credit card account is falsified as in fraud
