I had to return a defective item that I had purchased from XXXX which is, as you know, a gigantic company even larger than Wells Fargo Bank. The return TODAY was completed within a matter of minutes! I have had to return to other merchants other defective items. The returns always also took a matter of minutes. But to have the problem of inappropriate fees charged to my account by Wells Fargo Bank has taken well more than three weeks and still there is no answer! WHAT IS THAT? WHY? And, with all due respect, it is absolutely disgusting of Wells Fargo Bank! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I too am a customer of Wells Fargo Bank and I too state their conduct is DISGUSTING! They have put my beloved and loving husband, soulmate, and best friend XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX through XXXX! And still continue to do so! And we are far from being XXXX chickens and we each have XXXX XXXX XXXX about which we many times informed them! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
