Former XXXX Loan was sold ( without notice ) to XXXX XXXX as of XX/XX/year>. The new loan number does not correlate with my prior loan info. I have also not been able to create a profile with this servicer as they only provided a toll-free contact number. No email address or customer service chat option. It is inconvenient and perhaps purposefully obtuse. The issue ( s ) with setting up an account include " password error '' and " last name doesn't match records ''. Nothing on my loan has changed other than this servicer. I require prompt communications as this issue prevents my timely mortgage payments. Freedom mortgage needs to fix their website as well as provide appropriate customer service communication options that are consistent with the year 2024. Also, the loan transfer welcome letter states that all billing info will be sent electronically. I did not opt for electronic correspondence as I want my mortgage information in physical form sent via US Mail. To that end, I want all my documentation and future correspondence released via US mail and I want my account created so that I can manage and secure my mortgage. The matter is time-sensitive.
