So early in XXXX I was hacked several times on XXXX one night i just got paid and from XXXX and I got hacked again well I was asleep I went from XXXX dollars to XXXX over night I called money network my debit card provider and explained to them the issue apparently the person did a terrible job but I wouldnt find that out till XXXX months later still fighting to get that money back today. They tried to put the blame on me saying that I must have gave my personal information to someone which was absolutely false. So fast forward a month and a half later I start receiving notification from XXXX saying that my banks are calling for refunds and at that time I had switched to new banks XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I never contacted them about XXXX at all so I gave both banks a call they said no we never contacted them and would not with out my consent so I contacted tangos support they took a week to reply and they said yes sorry that it was an error and there was nothing they could do and contact my bank for a refund. Which I did and then my both banks are telling me to contact the merchant so all parties are blaming each other and XXXX out of money and no help. XXXX gave me a provisional credit and then reversed it leaving me negative and any money that came in went to the debt so costed me more.. I am truly left with nothing no options or help I dont know what to do
