I Requested to have these inquiries removed from through both the CFPB and the individual credit unions Experian and XXXX XXXX attaching both my inquiry and identity theft letters. Without any progress or resolution. When I finally was contacted back from the credit bureaus they said they could not identify me.Although I know I attached my drivers license to the complaint. However I still followed their directions and went on each credit site to attach acceptable documentation identifying my self and still no resolution or response was given.
