The following companies XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX have placed accounts on my credit report without first giving me the opportunity to challenge the debt. Also, these collections are reporting as " open '' or " closed '' and should be immediately deleted pursuant to 15 USC code 1681S-2 & 1692G. I have disputed the accounts mentioned with all XXXX credit bureaus and they have reported that all accounts disputed have been verified for accuracy. However, the credit bureaus did not provide the verification methods used within the 5 day timeframe. According to FCRA section 605b it is illegal to report information on my credit report without my permission. I will pursue all legal remedy pursuant to 15 USC 1681n ( Civil Liability for Willful Noncompliance ). I am requesting that all collection accounts be immediately removed from my consumer credit report and an updated copy of my report mailed.
