I called PNC XXXX Card Services on XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX to let them know that I wound get paid until the XXXX ( due date is the XXXX ) ask them can they waive my late fee. I was advised when I made the payment to call back. I made the payment & I called back & they never waived the fee. Now my minimum due is {$130.00} & that's is not normally I have called got laughed at and hung up on. Please assist if you can. Thank You for your time.
