My wallet with all my information was stolen around XXXX of 2023. All my important information was taken and used without my knowledge. My Discover credit card and my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit was what took a hit. Both were disputed, however, the impact on my credit profile was not handled on both. Moreover, the disputes with XXXX is now resolved, but Discover still has an open account where my utilization is over 100 % due to the fraudulent charge on my Discover account. I got a police report and met all requirements that were asked of me, but the fraudulent charge is still on my Discover account. My credit score plus my credit profile is taking a beating because of this issue. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible because I take my credit profile very seriously and utilize my credit for business purposes. Thank You!
