I have had experience membership for about maybe XXXX months OK but Im in the meantime they kept advertising about digital checking so I said well. Let me check into it so I went and opened account and I was able to get in but recently I had changed my phone number and so now they have this rule that if you have a digital account, you have to wait 95 days before your number can be updated. In the meantime my old number is no longer needed and so that is where the codes are being sent to, and I cant even get in my experience account due to this, XXXX rule. When I first joined the membership and maybe like XXXX months after I went and did the digital checking, they didnt ask for no information and now just because I want to change my number they asked me for all this information. When why didnt they ask me for information when I did the digital or the membership Just I feel like this company needs to get their stuff together because its an inconvenience to the customer the customer and had to be waiting on 45 days for a update on the phone so they can finally get in to experian website. I really hope that you look into this situation.
