Capital one is in violation of VALIDATION made pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the FDCPA. reporting inaccurate charge off dates on my account, this needs to be deleted from all 3 credit bureau for inaccuracy dates. Saying charge off is still active from XX/XX/year> and charge off was way before that. Also charging off my cards with out warning for both accounts
