They refuse to provide their XXXX discharge forgiveness form, then said it did not exist. They cant give me an accurate accounting or status of my loan which Ive been trying to get confirmation of the balance for years - Ive never taken private loans - all loans were direct loans that were consolidated with Sallie and then when Sallie restructured my loans were recharcterized as XXXX loans. Ive moved, had joblessness, periods of illness and all kinds of issues over the years, when I got to a point to review my loans I had XXXX main issues. XXXX ) a tremendous amount of debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX that mis represented their programs, services and costs, job programs etc XXXX ) that tremendous balance is higher than it should be which is to any or all of the following - loan transferred to XXXX servicers without clearing the balances - double charging, XXXX XXXX XXXX and costs were not clearly laid out and laid out in a way hard to follow - reps would not explain anything - in the past I have asked navient to confirm my balance and origination documents- they have only presented e-sign documents that I have never seen. Given that I was approved for defense to repayment by the dept of education Navient was supposed to discharge my loans. The project on predatory lending stated that due to being a XXXX consolidation loan Navient will forgive/discharge upon request of their form. After years of going in circles and waiting for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I requested the form through Navient on XX/XX/year> and as of today XX/XX/year> they say it doesnt exist. They cant give me any details or help me in any way. Their website says I have no payment due, they send me a bill showing I have a payment due - the balance has changed several times XXXX no explanation.
