XXXX Vice Chair and CFO : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXOn XX/XX/scrub>XX/XX/2024 I started a fraud claim Claim # XXXX, For {$13000.00} And the multiple associates of Citizens Bank wouldnt give me a email or link to upload documents for proof. So it was denied. ***And I once again filed another fraud complaint on XX/XX/2024 for {$13000.00}, Claim # XXXX I was able to upload proof and all the and fraud etc. Now they want more and more and its so beyond frustrating that I am the one who was stolen from and they treated me like a Criminal after being a member for over 12 years. So in their SEC XXXX and XXXX filing they state they have to by law give the amount disputed by 10 days if they have not come to a decision, but always give the provisional Credit to their clients because were important to them. Well its coming up on day 9. Tick tick tick.
