XX/XX/XXXX for {$290.00} and {$9.00}. Ive been trying to talk to a manager since XX/XX/XXXX. Cashapp support representative just keep escalating the case as stated thats the only thing they can do. I provided receipts from company that took my money that it was fraud and my bank needed to refunded as the evidence they asked to be provided. They refunded me for {$9.00} but refuse to refund the charge for {$290.00} or have a manager call me.
