XXXX, with a 13.99 % APR, with 180 monthly payments of {$720.00}. XXXX XXXX assigned the Agreement and associated rights to XXXX. XXXX XXXX alleges that her credit score was sufficient to obtain the lowest APR available at the time she applied for financing. There are over 50 different versions of XXXX scores and the scores that are available to consumers are not the scores that financing companies use to make offers of credit. The offer made to XXXX XXXX was the lowest she was eligible for at the time she applied. XXXX pulled XXXX XXXX credit report once in XX/XX/year>, not twice as XXXX XXXX indicated. Based on XXXX XXXX XXXX score at that time, 13.99 % was the lowest available APR for XXXX XXXX. Our records further confirm that the lowest available APR for any customer at that time was 6.9 %, not 4.9 % as XXXX XXXX claims. We have spoken to XXXX XXXX several times since account origination and XXXX XXXX did not raise concerns with the terms of the Agreement until the filing of this complaint, more than two years after agreeing to the terms and signing the Agreement. Because XXXX XXXX agreed to the terms of the Agreement, and XXXX accepted assignment of the Agreement based on terms acceptable to XXXX XXXX, we are unable to amend the terms of XXXX XXXX Agreement.
