My HELOC is interest only monthly payment loan. Shellpoint has taken over my account on XX/XX/XXXX and since doing so my payment from XXXX and XXXX have not been applied correctly. XX/XX/XXXX Interest/Payment due {$650.00} paid XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX {$41.00} was never applied to my principle XX/XX/XXXX Interest/Payment due {$690.00} paid XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX {$150.00} was never applied to my principle XX/XX/XXXX Interest/Payment due {$690.00} they are making me pay interest on a balance that should be from my prior payments {$190.00} lower I called the bank on XX/XX/XXXX and they stated the change will be correct in 10 days. I have called weekly since and now being told they don't know when this will be corrected. They will not change the amount do in XXXX yet demanding I pay the interest that is not correct.
