This complaint is directly related to ( XXXX ) XXXX other complaints against this same debt collector that I file XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and the company responded back on XX/XX/XXXX. That case was # XXXX. In that complaint, in requested resolution, I specifically stated, I demand this company, Resurgent Capital to immediately, cease and desist all communications to this alleged debt they claim. The company respond back on XX/XX/XXXX in a letter to the department of consumer affairs, in the last paragraph, they specifically stated that when they received such request to cease and desist, a restriction is placed on the account so no further contact is made to the customer. This company Again, after this complaint was made, sent correspondence to my home in violation of this request to cease and desist demand which is a violation of the Fair credit reporting act. As a result, I had to file another complaint against this company, Resurgent Capital on XX/XX/XXXX. That case complaint # was XXXX as to violation of the XXXX complaint mentioned above. They company responded with gibberish wording as to this response which is still a violation of the cease and desist request I requested in the XXXX complaint and they responded back as placing this account in a so called restricted status so no further contact will be made, which would be a violation of my rights in the FCRA. Now, for the XXXX time, this company, Resurgent Capital has sent me ANOTHER COLLECTION letter, I received today, XX/XX/XXXX but the letter is dated XX/XX/XXXX. AGAIN, this collection company continues to violate my request, TWICE in XXXX separate complaints mentioned above through the department of consumer affairs and this company did respond in there letter, dated XX/XX/XXXX and received by this agency on XX/XX/XXXX they would place this account in a restricted status but, with todays letter, this company Again for the XXXX time has refused to cease and desist this now Harassing and intimidation tactics that they continue to violate my rights and request to stop all communication, cease and desist and further contact to this alleged account but ignore both me and the governments department of consumer affairs complaints and violation of the fair credit reporting act which I have legally asked to intervene. Attached are pics of the past XXXX complaints against this unethical conduct by this collection company, Resurgent Capital that will not stop contacting me on an alleged debit that Ive already addressed. As this is the XXXX complaint with the department of consumer affairs, who has evidence from this companys response in a response back to the XX/XX/XXXX complaint, wrote they would place a restriction on this account so no further communication would occur but, as you can see in this recent letter, XXXX, violating my rights and demands to cease and desist just ignores the law, my demands to stop all contact and even address this in the letter they provided to the department of consumer affairs, blatantly ignoring the law and violating my rights. Again, attached are XXXX prior complaints against this company, the response they sent as to stating they would put restrictions on this account to stop any further communication with me per my request and demand but continues to violate the law and MY Rights. I ask this government agency to impose some kind of penalty against this ongoing harassment, intimidation and abuse of this collection agency for an alleged debt. I have even sent a demand to cease and desist letter via certified mail with was confirmed delivery but again, these request and demands to cease and desist this outrageous behavior will not stop.
