I attempted to dispute my Victoria secret account because it is opened fraudulently. I disputed it 2 times. Once on XXXX XXXX and again after that. I do not know who XXXX contacted to verify said debt. I proceeded to ask for the process and company information that they went through to verify said fraudulent debt. ( Act 15 usc 1681 ). No one has reached out regarding said request. They are simply verifying it by a process or person I am not aware of.
