I spoke directly to an agent when I made my payment for XXXX and XXXX gave he my information for the bank the payment was never presented to my bank for payment which gave me 30 day late payments twice which is showing on my XXXX credit report, I spoke to an agent in regards to the matter and she said they will not correct the report. I'm asking to have my report updated to reflect the correction on all 3 credit reporting agencies. I'm a woman of XXXX Navy Federal Bank has pending litigation in regards to their XXXX practices towards minorities. They have an active class action lawsuit pending this is the 3rd time they have unjustly reported me as being late with no results, they also applied one payment to the wrong card and never corrected that which made me 30 days late and refused to correct it after they admitted fault.
