Section 604 15 u.s. code 1681 b clearly states that credit reporting agencies dont have the right to report anything on my credit report without my consent which they did also Section 605 15 U.s code 1681 C-1 States that with no consent = identity theft which is correct because no credit agencies have my consent. Section 605 B 15 U.S. code 1681 C-2 States that if there notified about something on my report from identity theft or fraud its clearly because I did not consent to it I need these collections account removed off my credit report this is not mine I did not consent to that According to FRCA section 605 B it is illegal to report information on my credit report without my permission
