The debt collection agency Transworld Systems Inc has reported a collection account to the credit bureaus on my credit report. The account relates to my past tenancy at a residential apartment. This collection agency collects on behalf of landlord, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and their associate property manager, XXXX XXXX XXXX, who are notorious for engaging in illegal and deceptive practices of charging the accounts of the tenants with amounts which are not authorized by the lease agreement. And if left unpaid, they report them to the credit bureaus via Transworld Systems Inc, so that the tenants can be blackmailed into submission for paying these amounts by affecting their creditworthiness. My account with the landlord was charged with amounts which are expressly barred by law of state of Indiana. And Transworld Systems Inc, which is acting as the collection agent, is accessory to the illegal schemes of the landlord and their associates, by assisting the landlord in collecting these illegal claims in gross violation of FDCPA and FCRA.
