Consumer Narrative

This is more or less an update regarding my previous complaint. So I finally did receive a debt validation letter from Revco, Solutions debt collector. However, before I received the debt validation I actually did reach out to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and explained the situation. Apparently, XXXX has agreed that I never received the original invoice and as a result has agreed to remove me out of collections. They failed to send it out. That's fair enough. I can forgive them as they were honest about it. The invoice is {$160.00}. I have agreed to work out a payment arrangement with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I'll have to wait until next Thursday because my debt is still with Revco Solutions. The hope is by next Thursday I'll be free from REVCO Solutions collection agency. I'm sure you can appreciate that these matters can cause extreme stress. I have a lot of my plate right now and it looks like in the future I will no longer be seeking anymore medical care because if this is any indication of what can happen, I would rather go without any specialist care. From now on I will only seek out the services of my Direct Primary Care physician. My primary care doctor I pay a monthly retainer membership so there is no surprise billing. This will of course limit the amount of care I receive, but to be honest and I mean this from the bottom of my heart -- I would rather die from some future illness or disease than to deal with medical collections. So therefore I will be canceling my future XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I can't rely on insurance based care. I'll still have medical insurance but I just won ; t use it anymore. On the Primary level I'll just have to focus on healthy eating, exercise, and the services from my Direct Primay Care Practice. I don't want to die from any illness, but I just lost all faith in the insurance based system. All it takes is one person to forget to send an invoice out and then I end up in collections. Not the way I want to go.
