XXXX XXXX I was in XXXX, XXXX and apparently parked in the wrong place. After I returned home I received 3 traffic citations via certified mail from the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I paid the fines via wire transfer from my bank to the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Two weeks ago I received mail from Cedars Business Services attempting to collect on the same tickets. I sent correspondence to them via certified mail stating that the 3 tickets had already been paid. As attachments to the correspondence, I provided the copies of the tickets I had received directly from the XXXX XXXX XXXX, along with a copy of my Bank Wire Transfer advice to the XXXX XXXX XXXX, showing that I had already paid the fines. I requested that they cease and desist in their attempts to collect on this debt as it had already been paid Cedars Business Services continues to contact me to collect on this debt. I have provided them evidence of payment and they persist in their collection efforts which is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I want them stopped and fined for their unscrupulous behavior.
