I have contacted you in 2 previous letters asking for investigation and reinvestigation into the accounts listed. Both times they have been verified and updated with no supporting evidence to show why after I requested it. I have attached the letters. This account was charged off in XXXX of XXXX. Since then the account has repeatedly been updated as " charged off '' every month. This is an update in payment history. A charged off account should NOT include any active payment history. This inaccurate information falsely manipulates the statute of limitations. You failed to investigate this account properly and your neglect has violated my consumer rights.
