Consumer Narrative
I've already submitted a claim through you about New Day USA. That claim was closed with feedback. The record should reflect all the communication I had with New Day over the course of several months. I read that New Day was fined in different states due to misleading practices in refinancing cases. I was very much mislead by New Day on the amount of our PITI payment and am wondering if anything was done for Wisconsin residents who were similarly mislead.
