I am writing to dispute the unauthorized furnishing of my personal credit information by your CREDIT BUREAU. According to my recent credit report, there are entries that I did not authorize and which I know are in violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). This is the 7th letter and dispute I have sent to this COMPANY along with my police report, FTC report, and supporting identity documents verifying my identity. I indicated in all my letters and police report that I am indeed a victim of identity theft, and this CREDIT BUREAU is violating my consumer rights and not protecting me as an American Consumer according to the stated laws. This is my 7th notice to this BUREAU notifying you guys that these listed accounts were opened fraudulently. My information isnt protected, and this credit bureau isnt honoring my identity theft claim. Ive started legal litigation and will be suing this CREDIT BUREAU ; this company did not honor my rights or acknowledge my supporting documents regarding identity theft. These accounts were open illegally and fraudulently and Ive proven this matter and will prove it in court without a doubt, I am suing for my rights being violated, pain and suffering, false allegations from this CREDIT BUREAU, and assisting to furnish a wrong, and fraudulent accounts. I demanded these accounts be removed, and my legal rights, and laws be honored, and this CREDIT BUREAU DIDNT HONOR MY CONSUMER RIGHTS. THIS ACT IS PUNISHABLE BY LAW BECAUSE THIS CREDIT BUREAR IS ADDING AND ASSISTING IN AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT. THESE PEOPLE CREATED FAKE DOCUMENTS TO OPEN AND OBTAIN CREDIT CARDS, LOANS AND LEASES IN MY NAME. THESE INDIVIDUALS OBTAINED MY INFORMATION FROM MY ENTIRE WALLET BEING STOLEN, EVER SINCE THEN THESE CRIMINALS HAVE BEEN USING MY IDENTITY INFOROMATION TO OPEN UP CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS AND CAR LOAN ACCOUNTS. My identity has been stolen and compromised ; this is the 6th notice I have sent this company with all supporting evidence and documentation. I will be suing for assisting and adding in the opening account, and furnishing fraudulent data on my consumer credit report, this company did not take the proper steps to help protect my consumer report and properly investigate this matter.
