XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX XXXX was one of the most stressful days of my life. You probably get a lot of complaints but i truly believe this one needs to seriously be looked into considering on how reputable credit karma is and how many of us Americans use it.On XXXX of this year, I had moved all of my money over to credit karma savings as they provided a high yield compared to others. I was in the process of getting a house and they were unable to provide proper documentation needed for the purchase of the home which almost cost me to lose this house. Luckily my lender was really nice and worked really hard to try to get the information needed through other venues being that credit karma was unhelpful, unprofessional and just plain did not have the tools that they're supposed to have to be able to show where funds are sourcing from. Fast forward to about two weeks later, someone had tried to hack into my credit karma account and changed its password, i was unable to see my credit karma activity at all, my email got subscription bombed which forced me to create a new email. Also had to freeze my accounts and lock my credit cards. All my money was in credit karma, i called them over 20 times over the course of 12 hours on that day and no one helped me up to this day. I got hung up on on 90 % of the calls, they werent even able to provide me with balance, transactions made ( considering that they were threatening me to close the account due to many transactions when i only made 4 and i have 6 transactions per month on that account without repercussions ), or even basic trouble shooting for the account. All they said was " you will receive a call within 5 business days with a solution '' when someone was trying to rob my account AT THAT MOMENT AND I NEEDED IMMMEADIATE ASSSISTANCE. They " froze '' the account, however i was able to withdraw all my funds from the account when thats wasnt supposed to happen. Up to this day, no one got back to me, luckily i was able to withdraw my money with my account being frozen but credit karma money needs to seriously be investigated. They are such a reputable company that literally provides ZERO assistance if your account gets hacked or even if your money is in risk of getting stolen. No money got stolen from me as luckily i got up extra early that day and was able to act quickly before this ended in tragedy. This could happen to anyone and end very bad.
