Every month I sent extra money to be apply to the principal amount but instead the company chooses to pay themselves up to 5 months ahead of scheduled and every single month i have to make a call to reverse the payments meanwhile I'm getting charge interest on a larger principal amount. in other words, they are charging me interest on my own money.
