Good afternoon. My name is XXXX XXXX. I had gotten a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX In XXXX this year I made all my payments until I was jumped and robbed of my vehicle. I was sent a letter from Robinson, Hoover XXXX XXXX, XXXX saying that I owe {$17000.00} and that it will be sent to the company ASAP. I lost my car XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. I shouldn't owe this money as I had no way to pay it. I would like to complain as XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX police department are aware of my vehicle being stolen. Please let me know that this is stopped and taken care of. XXXX XXXX XXXX is or should be aware of the situation making it inactive.
