I opened XXXX Deposit checking and XXXX Deposit savings accounts with Citizens Bank on XX/XX/year>, using promo code XXXX, which I received through a targeted mailer mailed directly to me. Citizens formally let me know that the accounts had been opened on XX/XX/year> ( see attached email ). The bonus advertised is up to {$700.00}, with {$350.00} for completing the requirements for the checking account and {$350.00} for completing the requirements for the savings account. I successfully completed both of the sets of requirements, but I only received the bonus for the checking account. Based on the schedule provided, the {$350.00} bonus for the savings account should have posted by XX/XX/year>. However, when I called them to ask why the savings account bonus had not posted, they claimed that I did not sign up for the savings account on the same day as the checking account and therefore am not eligible. However, I signed up for both accounts at the same time on the same day using their online system.
