I am a student at XXXX XXXX in XXXX Texas. School started on the XXXX of XXXX, and XXXX XXXX uses XXXXXXXX XXXX as their servicer for student refunds for Financial Aid. A student can either get XXXXXXXX XXXX student green card if they do not have a personal bank. I was using Chime as my provider because I also use them to get my XXXX Checks. Chime has always been reliable for these direct deposits, but on the XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX sent to Chime my Financial Aid refund. I call everyday because I keep getting told that yes they have the disbursement and that it will clear later that day, and XXXX days later I still do not have my disbursement. I am an Account Holder, and am in good standing. When I found out that Chime had my disbursement I took my car to the shop. It is my only car, and repairs have been made but the auto repair shop will not release my vehicle until I have paid them and each day it is there it is XXXX dollars a day. At the rate I am going my bill at the repair shop will be almost my entire disbursement. I am working towards my XXXX XXXX and never have had this problem. Now when I call Chime, its as if I am bugging them and they are rude to me having hung up on me, one even told me patience lady. I am behind on my rent, need my car back as I currently was diagnosed with XXXX XXXX, and have doctor 's appointments that I have missed. I'm asking for your assisstance to get this matter resolved.
