Consumer Narrative
I am writing to this company the 8th time to dispute the unauthorized furnishing of my personal credit information by your company. According to my recent credit report, there are entries that I did not authorize and which I believe are in violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). This is the 7 letter and dispute I have sent to this creditor along with my police report, FTC report, and supporting identity documents verifying my identity. I indicated in all my letters and police report that I am indeed a victim of identity theft, and this creditors violating my consumer rights and not protecting me as an American consumer according to the stated laws. This is my 7th notice to this company notifying you guys that these listed accounts are fraud. My information isnt protected, and this creditor/company isnt honoring my identity theft claim. I am now pursuing litigation, I am suing this credit company, for AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT, ILLEGALLY FURNISHING FRAUD ACCOUNTS ON MY CREDIT PROFILE, PAIN AND SUFFERING, AND DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. This company did not honor my consumer rights as a citizen in America regarding my consumer credit file, this company ignored not 1, but 7 documented and certified complaints and letters regarding my identity being compromised. Under stated consumer rights law this company didnt protect, honor, or respect my claim and rights. I provided evidence, police reports, FTC reports, and supporting valid identity documents to verify myself throughout this 6-month process. This company did not honor my rights or acknowledge my supporting documents regarding identity theft. I was incarcerated for 10 years with proof when all these accounts were open illegally and fraudulently and Ive proven this matter and will prove it in court without a doubt. I DID NOT OPEN OR AUTHORIZE THESE ACCOUNTS, NOR WAS I INVOLVED IN ANY TRANSACTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE ACCOUNTS. UNDER 18 U.S. CODE 1028 ( AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT ), THE USE OF MY IDENTITY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT TO COMMIT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IS A SERIOUS FEDERAL CRIME. THIS COMPANY IS CONTINUING TO COMMIT A CRIME BY FUNISHING AND REPORTING ACCOUNTS UTILIZING MY IDENTITY WITHOUT MY CONSENT AFTER I MADE THIS COMPANY AWARE OF THE FRAUD, AND IDENTITY THEFT. THIS COMPANY BY LAW IS IN VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS, AND THIS COMPANY IS A SUSPECT IN THIS IDENTITY THEFT CASE
