My VA loan is through Mortgage Solutions and when I closed back in 2021, everything was smooth. A couple months ago the App disappeared and I could no longer access my account. My experian credit report is showing I am paid off and account is closed. I made payments of over XXXX beginning of XXXX. XXXX from XXXX account and for some reason is shows on statement MSF charity. This month after speaking to someone supposedly from XXXX, I asked if my account would be set back up on Auto pay and they said yes. As of today my monthly payment has not came out. And last payment has not been posted. They also said they would email me a receipt for my last payment of over XXXX. I have received a statement saying I owe over XXXX. This is wrong. Not how a retired vet she be treated. I'm thinking this company is in default of contract. If I get no assistance asap I will be contacting an attorney. They will not receive another XXXX. I just lost my father and really not trying to go through this. How can I get this resolved?
