In several occasions. With outstanding balance on my account. Cred.ai will post insufficient funds to my credit cards when I attempt to make payments. In consequence, with this other company 's I'm getting reported to credit bureaus and with nsf codes and fees. While this cred ai bank has my money. Cred. Ai keeps messing up my report. Customer service hangs up on you or don't answer at all. Emails get ignored. And when I asked for a dispute a manager or cfpb phone number on a recorded line the representative stated she couldn't assist and hung up the phone. Worst desicion of my life
