I applied for CA XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Upon applying I signed up for direct deposit to my XXXX XXXX account. Money Network is who the state has contracted to handle those direct deposits. The money was not deposited into my account but to XXXX, specifically someones XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) account. The amount was {$1800.00} Myself and my XXXX worker tried to recover the funds, they refused. They said the only thing they could do was an internal investigation that would take 45-90 days. They refused to give confirmation that they filed for it to be investigated. They ave me the routing number and account that it went to, which I contacted XXXX, that is how I found out it went to a XXXX account. XXXX stated that was all they could do however. I had to move out of my apartment due to inability to pay because of no income.
