On XX/XX/year> I called XXXX Customer Service to inquire about two charges in my bank account that I did not recognize. The alleged customer service representative said he would find out where the charges were generated. However, this was not a legitimate XXXX XXXX. He proceeded to ask me questions to locate where the charges originated. He told me that I was being charged a subscription to XXXX by someone using my account to watch XXXX. Of course, I was very upset and at that point was willing to work with him to clarify the matter. He, all along was gathering information to scam me out of XXXX dollars with a fee of XXXX. He abruptly hung up on me. I knew at that point he had scammed me and contacted both my bank and PayPal to alert them and to retrieve my stolen money.
