I filed a complaint on XXXX regarding Experian reporting my personal information inaccurately. I was VERY clear as to what should be reported to my consumer reports. This credit reporting agency deleted the address that was my actual current address and left a XXXX XXXX XXXX on my address which is in fact not the accurate address I told them to keep. Experian is in violation of my consumer rights. They are required to protect my personal private information according to the FCRA 15 USC 1681 ( a ). I'm disappointed because I made my letter so clear an XXXX could get correct. I also provided supportive documentation such as my social security number, and a bill showing the correct address. Experian is in violation of the FCRA 15 USC 1681e ( b ).
