I repeatedly call experian regarding an issue with my credit score. Based on XXXX months ago when i called because i saw a XXXX drop for no reason. My debt amount went down {$4000.00} and they decrease my credit score. I have been disputing inaccurate items on my report. As of yesterday they corrected my addresses, removed some unknown inquiries but not all and removed the XXXX so I go to look at my report, instead of going credit scoring going up they decreased it by XXXX points which does make any sense to me. Everything is unchanged. So how is it when negatives are taking off that your scores are being reduced and it seems im being penalized for asking to correct and issue so now my credit score takes a nose dive. I am requesting an investigation into this issue with my credit score. I'm trying to repair my credit back to go standing and score by asking them to correct the inaccuracies but instead they are taking major points off my credit report and making it worse.
